Cell phones must be silenced and not used for calls while visiting exhibition spaces in the Memorial Museum. Visitors using a phone for the museum's audio tour must use their personal headphones. Smartphone users can download a responsive "Explore 9/11" app that includes an audio tour, photos, and an interactive timeline.
