Guests are talking about Wyndham Garden Chinatown!

The times I’ve stayed at Wyndham, it was a great experience. The staffs were wonderful and very attentive. I love the view from my room! It was beautiful. I would recommend this place to my families and friends. If anyone stays here I would recommend Wu’s Room for breakfast, Beer Garden, and Rooftop Bar.

Priceline lied on the description, but I'm not going to fault the hotel for that~ no pool/spa and smaller, snug rooms. *Some hidden fees* The shower and AC was amazing after a long day out and about! Clean and comfortable room. The balcony does have a view of the Empire State building and is beautifully lit up at night! It is close to so many exciting little things to do~ the vibes change every 6 blocks or so, which was fun! We found an awesome bakery right down the road called Luna and we watched some HS kids play kickball. E-Bikes are everywhere and the subway is very convenient from here. There are 3 restaurants on site; sports bar/beer garden, Ramen bar with sake and a rooftop bar/lite bites. Free wifi, breakfast vouches and daily maid service! Staff is helpful and friendly. Lobby has area pamphlets and nice seating. I'll update as we try the food~ overall great experience thus far!

Claudia at the Wyndham Garden Chinatown was an absolute pleasure from the moment I arrived. After a stressful drive into the city, her warm attitude and genuine kindness were such a pleasant surprise and immediately made me feel welcome. She was professional, attentive, and went out of her way to make check-in smooth and easy. Exceptional customer service like hers makes me want to keep returning to this hotel!

Lin really professional and really kind and help me out with a great kind manner and I highly recommend, and I will definitely be coming back every receiving time just because of the Customer Service
