Does the property offer a complimentary breakfast?
Wyndham Garden Chinatown offers Full American Breakfast from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM for up to two persons per room which is included in the daily $26.14 facility fee ($30.00 plus applicable taxes).
Guest rooms which can accommodate up to 4 persons max, an additional $13.07 per person ($15.00 per person) per night will be applied for 3rd and 4th occupant.
The facility fee is inclusive of tax.

Can we store our luggage before/after our visit?
We offer complimentary luggage storing facility for the day of checking in or checking out. However, storing luggage before/after the reservation dates will cost $5.00 per luggage per night.

Does the hotel have a pool?
Unfortunately, we do not have a pool. But we are committed to keeping your exercise habit uninterrupted with our fully-equipped 24-hour fitness facility.

Do you have a smoking room?
Wyndham Garden Chinatown hotel is a 100% smoke-free hotel. Hence, there are no smoking rooms available. The hotel reserves the right to apply $250.00 penalty charge to anyone smoking in the hotel. There are designated smoking areas outside of the hotel. Please note the smoking policy also applies to the balconies.

Does the hotel accept cash at check-in?
No. A credit card payment approval is required for registration. Upon departure, you can opt to pay by cash. We encourage the use credit cards exclusively to provide contactless payment for the safety of our guests.

The security deposit is $50 per night. Credit card security deposit authorizations obtained during the registration process will be released upon departure if there are no incidental charges. Please note that timelines vary on released deposits from bank to bank and funds may not be readily available for several days following departure.

All reservations are subject to a Facility Fee of $26.14 plus applicable taxes per day ($30.00).
The Facility Fee reflects the addition of enhanced amenities, services, and the reinstatement of Full American Breakfast for our valued guests.

The minimum age requirement to reserve a room at our hotel is 18.

There is no additional cost for children and occupancy is based on two people depending on accommodations reserved. An additional occupancy charge of $30.00 may apply for additional guests, consult with our registration desk for further details.
