Is there parking on site?There is a hotel loading zone access point in front of the hotel to drop off luggage. The hotel is affiliated with a third party indoor garage called iPark, conveniently located one block away on 44 Elizabeth Street. A discounted fee for 24 hour parking is applicable (no in and out privileges); $45.00/sedan and $55.00/SUV.

Can we store our luggage before/after our visit?We offer complimentary luggage storing facility for the day of checking in or checking out. However, storing luggage before/after the reservation dates will cost $5.00 per luggage per night.

Does the hotel have a pool?Unfortunately, we do not have a pool. But we are committed to keeping your exercise habit uninterrupted with our fully-equipped 24-hour fitness facility. Please note that due to Covid-19 restrictions, proof of vaccination is required to utilize the fitness facility. Please contact our front desk for further details.

Do you have a smoking room?Wyndham Garden Chinatown hotel is a 100% smoke-free hotel. Hence, there are no smoking rooms available. The hotel reserves the right to apply $250 penalty charge to anyone smoking in the hotel. There are designated smoking areas outside of the hotel. Please note the smoking policy also applies to the balconies.
