Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel. We welcome well-behaved pets for a fee. Please review our pet policy below for more details and restrictions.
1. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 to be collected per night to cover the cost of preparing your room for re-rent upon your departure.
2. Pets must remain with their owners at all times; this applies specifically to within the guestroom.
3. We ask that you please contact housekeeping when ready for service to your room. Our housekeeping staff will not service the room with your pet present.
4. Usage of the outer perimeter grounds when relieving your pet: In accordance with New York health code.
When relieving pet on the outer perimeter, owner must pick up after the pet and dispose of remains in one of the outdoor trash receptacles, please refrain from disposing in trash within the building.
5. A pet may become excessively noisy, disturbing neighboring guests. Should this occur, management reserves the right to require the pet owner to secure lodging for the pet (and owner) elsewhere at the pet’s owner expense.
6. Pet owner may be charged for damages arising within guest quarters as deemed reasonable by management.
7. Hotel holds pet owner liable and absolves itself of liability for any damages arising from interaction of the pet and other guests or employees of Wyndham Garden Chinatown.
