This is my go to hotel in NYC. Incredibly convenient location, large rooms (by New York standards) that are super clean, good gym in the basement and exceptional customer service. Shout out to Amanda who checked us in and also gave excellent local dinner suggestions. Will absolutely stay again (and again)

Very hard to judge the place as it was our first time in New York. It’s the smallest hotel room we have ever been in but based on other reviewers it’s normal for NY room sizes. Room could use a bit of reno, but nevertheless clean. We didn’t attend any breakfast mornings so can’t rate that. Front desk provided us with bottled water whenever we ask (which was quite a bit). They have always greeted us when we came and left the building so it’s nice to know they are aware of who comes in and out. We haven’t used anything else in this hotel as we were too busy exploring the city itself. Location is pretty good. Busy but the windows do a pretty good job at canceling out noise. If you like absolutely no noise and are a light sleeper maybe consider brining earplugs. But it was not necessary for us. Window can be opened which is always a bonus in my eyes for hotels.
