Gutes Hotel in Chinatown. ...

Gutes Hotel in Chinatown. Zentral angebunden. Daher teilweise etwas lauter auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Etwas Gemüse und Belag hätte es perfekt gemacht. Einwegreller etc. wie überall.

Hotel sencillo y económico pero con excelente ubicación. Cuenta con desayuno incluido (sencillo pero completo). Excelente ubicación, cercano a varias estaciones de metro. Excelente atención por parte del personal.

Overall had a very ...

Overall had a very pleasant stay at the Wyndham in Chinatown. Rooms were clean and a decent size for New York. Continental breakfast was perfect to start the day. Great location and accessible to many areas in NYC. One big letdown was on the coldest day in NYC, the ‘heating’ was blowing cold air. We were freezing! They provided us with a space heater which slightly helped as the engineering team could not come until later in the morning. The breakfast area was also really cold and many people were wearing winter jackets. There are previous reviews of people complaining about the rooms being too hot, today was the inverse, so clearly an ongoing issue with the heating / cooling system. The General manager at the Wyndham is accountable for this and needs to step up and resolve the ongoing heating/cooling system issues without delay, there is no excuse for paying guests to endure this. One of the most disappointing aspects of this is that the front desk never once apologized, just tried to pass the buck off to their engineering team.

Loved it! The staff ...

Loved it! The staff were very kind, breakfast was solid (actually good, fresh bagels), and the room/bathroom made good use of space. View from the bar on the top floor is awesome. Decor is a little dated in the hotel so the place needs a refresh, but the bones are great. Excellent value.
