ew Holiday | Family OMG! 4 star hotel, no way. Cardboard plates, bowls and cutlery at breakfast. When I mentioned this to staff they advised that they didn't want any breakages. I mentioned carbon footprint and the staff member commented that should be aware of my own carbon footprint flying from UK to NY. How RUDE! They didn't even clear leftovers in their tipping culture. No blooming chance of me tipping! Overall breakfast was far too sugary with no great choices. Rooms and location both decent.2 of the 3 concierge/entry staff did not have a clue or did not want to engage about what to do for dinner in that party of New York. Rubbish Customer service and interactions overall.

Another W for me ! Spent Christmas days there got upgraded thanks to the best Claudia ! Best Hotel in the city !

GREAT staff, good location (2 blks to parking, 1 blk to subway). Great balcony, large windows, but like many hotels these days the rooms are DARK unless the sun is shining. The room was comfortable, clean and good size closet, but lacks a dresser so I recommend a short stay unless you're traveling solo and don't mind using your suitcase on it fold out stand as your dresser. Great restaurant attached - interesting menu and drinks, but My 8-year-old was disappointed that they didn't serve mac & cheese. Note it has canvas walls to the street so can me chilly in winter though the winds is blocked and they have heaters. Again great staff - clean and great for a couple staying a weekend.

Claudia was the best and she made us feel at home. Very attentive and very knowledgeable with the area!!! 🥰
