Das Hotel liegt in Chinatown! Ich war mit meiner Tochter dort (kurz nach Weihnachten über Silvester)! Gute Anbindung an die U-Bahn! Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber freundlicher Service, zuvorkommendes Personal und sauber!! Betten etwas kurz (ich bin 1,9m) ;) Frühstück war inkl. etwas wenig Auswahl aber ansonsten ok und man wird satt, Pancakes fehlen!! :( Angrenzende Sportsbar top (viele Tv’s, gut für die NFL Saison) leider keine Dämmung, trotz Heizstrahler kühl, daher im Winter etwas frisch!! Alles in allem gebe ich ne 7/10!!

Had an amazing time here with my wife! Beautiful view, good service, great staff (Claudia was especially helpful) - all good memories. Will definitely come back!

Great location, nice and clean, friendly staff, great amenities, room was cozy and internet was fast and easy to connect to. Pretty reasonable prices for what you get. The ramen restaurant it was attached to was really good!

ew Holiday | Family OMG! 4 star hotel, no way. Cardboard plates, bowls and cutlery at breakfast. When I mentioned this to staff they advised that they didn't want any breakages. I mentioned carbon footprint and the staff member commented that should be aware of my own carbon footprint flying from UK to NY. How RUDE! They didn't even clear leftovers in their tipping culture. No blooming chance of me tipping! Overall breakfast was far too sugary with no great choices. Rooms and location both decent.2 of the 3 concierge/entry staff did not have a clue or did not want to engage about what to do for dinner in that party of New York. Rubbish Customer service and interactions overall.
