Very conveniently located, this 3+star beauty is super clean, featuring comfortable beds and soft, soft pillows in an average-sized room. The subway system is a short walk away; buses stop across the street. Don't miss the view from the rooftop bar - it's spectacular.

This hotel was on point with everything. The front desk staff was excellent. This location was so close to Little Italy and Canel street, which was great since we came for the Feast of SanGennaro. Our room was so comfortable and relaxing with a coffeemaker and a refrigerator. The coffee provided was delicious. Our housekeeper Kumanie was amazing, and kept everything so clean and organized. It was so nice to have a cleaning staff who actually interacts with you and you don't have to keep asking them to maintain your room. Great hotel, very clean

The room was not ready at 3pm. Need to wait for half hour to check in. The wifi did not have internet access. Although have excellence signal, unable to link to the web.The card reader was not working on the date I checked in. However, hotel refused to accept cash, that caused to waste a lot of time.
