The location was very ...

The location was very convenient. It is a 2 minute walk from the Grand Avenue station (D). The lobby of the hotel is very underwhelming, but the front desk associate was nice and welcoming. The rooms are relatively small, but they are a decent size for up to two people. Overall, the room was clean and I had a decent view of the city. My only complaints were the size of the TV (19" I'm guessing) and the room could use some upgrading, but it was not terribly outdated.

A very good location ...

A very good location with an easy access to other parts of Manhattan and NY-subway and bus stops just round the corner. Clean rooms with a great view ( upper floor) to Manhattan . Really friendly staff. Very good rate for prize and value.

View was nice and the room was clean. Front lobby staff was courteous and polite. Fast check in. Following all Covid safety procedures.
