Nice front desk staff, clean and comfortable rooms. We paid a little extra for the higher floor room and it was definitely worth it for the view. It's a great deal. Room automatically came with fridge, which is hard to find in the city.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Shaniece at the front desk. I was stuck in traffic and called ahead, worried about making it back in time for checkout. Shaniece was incredibly professional, calm, and reassuring. She handled the situation with understanding and kindness, arranging a late checkout without any hassle.
