Served really fast, great staff & the restrooms were clean.

This is a clean, modern, efficient and comfortable hotel in the middle of vibrant Chinatown and with great public transportation options. My room was facing the Bowery (busier street) and I could hear it all through the glass but I'm used to it. If you aren't then request a room on the other side.

First of all as a total staff, this hotel is managed very much well. Coming out of town with the anticipation of being able to travel, and focus on business is ALWAYS my main concern. This hotel was a match made in heaven, with my expectations being fulfilled with a fast check in. It first started off with great customer service, in which Shawn the morning office manager displayed. He assured me that he would relay the attention to his late night staff that I would being coming in early. As promised I was welcomed by Mali who is a very enthusiastic role player. She continued to display great customer service during the stay making it feel like I was home. When employees go above and beyond such as Shawn and Mali, its nice to show appreciation. If you are looking for a stay at a warm hotel, this should be a place to consider.
