It's always a pleasure to work with this hotel when our production team comes to town for work. Sean is a wonderful manager along with is team and they go the extra mile to make us feel especially welcome. If you are trying to navigate the logistics of room coordination, Sean and his team have your back. They are very organized and make the booking process super easy when booking multiple rooms. Aside from being a comfortable place to stay, the hotel is central to lower Manhattan/Chinatown, easy to access most subways, and within walking distance to anything you need. We've been staying here for the last couple of years and would not have it any other way. I also highly recommend the Ramen restaurant hidden in the back.

MALI, in particular, was extremely helpful, VERY polite & knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. During the late hours she provided a cab service & extra amenities that were needed. OVERALL, IMPECCABLE SERVICE!

The Wyndham Garden is very conveniently situated close to Subway stations and bus lines. The staff were extremely friendly, especially in the Beer Garden. Nice view from the room. Price-quality was good. The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean.

The staff was very accommodating and with such high spirits and definitely went out of their way during an emergency stay so for that I highly recommend The Whyndham Garden Chinatown. And the room oh wow it smelled like the perfect bubble if you get my drift. Perfect rate and conveniently located in the heart of Manhattan. Thank you for doing what you do best, hospitality
