I had a lovely ...

I had a lovely stay, the front desk Claudia was so fun and nice. She helped me through the check in process, explained all the fees and was such a pleasure to interact with. The room was clean, and very comfortable. I really loved the water bottle and coffee provided. The plus was the free breakfast each morning. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I come to NYC.

One of the nicest ...

One of the nicest hotels around! Very friendly staff especially Jose and Pedro. Very nice and educated workers. Will come back again.

Claudia was so helpful ...

Claudia was so helpful to our group. We had difficulties with expedia but she was so kind despite being very busy and made us feel very welcome. She made this a great impact on my experience at this hotel.
