Fue un lugar limpio y muy hospitable

I found this hotel on a TripAdvisor review and it was identified as a 'hidden gem" and that is the WHOLE HEARTED TRUTH! My cousin and I stayed for a week and had the best experience from start to finish, from the hotel staff, to the cleaniless of the room. We even had an incident that required us to call the police (not hotel related) and the staff pitched to assist, which minimize the severity of the situation. I HAVE to mention each staff member we encoutered, cause they made our stay feel more like "home" than guests: Tiffany (checked us in and out, with no issues and/or hassles), Nick and Nina (who provided NUMEROUS suggestions from food and activity), Mali and Jeff (night staff & security - THE BEST assistance ever with the drama we had to endure), Addam (who was disappointed that we had to endure the situation and offered of complimentary drinks in the restaurant), Tun (who was great with trying to find out details for me to see the professional gamers practice). Outside of the staff, EVERYTHING is in walking distance: food, entertainment and shopping. That will be my new NY "home away from home".

This hotel was great! I arrived late night for work and did not have the right card on me. Claudia at the front desk was very helpful, called her GM to see what we could do since the electronic form was not working. She was very understanding of my situation, and was able to help me out with a late check out and was able to switch cards when my fiancé flew in this morning. Then this morning, Blanca at the front desk was just as helpful! Was understanding of what happens while having a very long line and was fast and pleasant! Great place to stay.

Wir waren Anfang Januar im Wyndham Garden Chinatown Hotel und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Für uns als Hobbyfotografen war die Lage des Hotels perfekt - mit kurzen Wegen zu den Brücken, Chinatown, Downtown, Soho und der Subway. Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können! Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man an den Zimmern und der Einrichtung merkt, aber alles in allem war es in Ordnung und sauber. Der Service war sehr freundlich und das Personal reagierte schnell auf unsere Wünsche. Einen kleinen Wermutstropfen gab es beim Frühstück: Der Kaffee war zweimal kalt, wurde aber nach einem Hinweis sofort frisch zubereitet - überhaupt kein Problem. Die Aussicht vom Hotel war wirklich fantastisch und ein Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes. Alles in allem stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - das Hotel bietet eine gute Leistung für den Preis. Wir würden (und werden) es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können es für einen Aufenthalt in New York weiterempfehlen.
