Nina at the front desk was an absolute gem. After my back went out during the flight she made us very comfortable in the lobby until our room was ready (we arrived at 8 am with the intent to drop our bags and wander until 4 ish) during this time she managed her flow of customers and staff like a boss. After some stretching, napping and hydration we were able to walk around until around 1:20 when we returned to check and surprise, Nina had our room ready! She really was the sweetest and it really helped get out trip back on the right foot. Shower is only half a door but great water pressure and once you are smarter than the knob nice hot temperature. Lights/fixtures/furniture could use a little updating, definitely a little worn but the fridge worked great and it was a place to sleep with a good view and balcony. Super close to B and D line as well as little Italy and China Town. Lots of great food and shopping/tourism close by. For the price I would definitely stay here again.
