Guests are talking about Wyndham Garden Chinatown!

I like the hotel overall, nice location, clean room. But the low frequency music noisefrom the beer garden killed everything.I don’t mind loud music but can they play other songs . Not recommended to people who sensitive about sleep. The staffs were quite friendly and helpful just can’t fix the low frequency noise issue.

Маленькие номера, нет воды и льда в номерах. Очень дорого для одной ночи. Завтраки ужасные и сам зал для завтрака выглядит не эстетично. Единственный плюс это бар на самом последнем этаже с видом на Манхеттен

Sind heute in o.g. Hotel angekommen. Wir wurden im Vorfeld angefragt ob wir ein besseres Zimmer mit Aufpreis möchten. Wir haben das Upgrade auf eine Suite bestätigt für 50 Dollar mehr pro Nacht. Bei Ankunft wurde uns erklärt das es keine freien Suite mehr gibt. Auf meine Frage warum etwas angeboten wird wenn klar ist das man das Angebotene nicht hat gab es keine Antwort mehr. Der Fernseher im Zimmer verfügt über die Möglichkeit Netflix bzw. Amazon Prime mit einem eigenen Zugang zu streamen. Leider sind auch diese Optionen gesperrt. Auf die Frage warum gab es auch wieder keine Antwort. Mein Tip, Finger weg von diesem Hotel. 5 Nächte kosten hier trotzdem 1340 Dollar . Das ist kein Schnäppchen.

i took my family to New York for a week long vacation, and we had such a wonderful time staying at Wyndham Garden Chinatown. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. The General Manager, Mr. Christiaan Aldoy, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He helped us find just the right rooms for our family, spacious, comfortable, and with beautiful views of the city. All at a very reasonable rate. His professionalism and genuine care really stood out. At check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Claudia, at the front desk. She was so friendly, patient, and made us feel immediately welcome, which really set the tone for our whole stay. The next morning, we went to the dining room for breakfast, Pedro greeted us with such cheerful, and made sure we enjoyed fresh pastries and hot coffee. It was such a nice way to start each day. And perhaps the person who made the biggest impression on us was Elna, our housekeeper. From the day we checked in to the day we checked out, she took exceptional care of our rooms. Everything was always spotless, and she never missed a chance to brighten our day with her warm smile and kind greetings whenever we saw her. That personal touch made us feel truly cared for. A big thank you to Christiaan, Claudia, Pedro, and Elna for making our stay so special. Because of their hospitality, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and completely at ease throughout our trip. We will definitely come back again, and I highly recommend Wyndham Garden Chinatown to anyone visiting New York.
