better then expected very pretty hotel

Where to start....what went well with this stay??.....EVERYTHING! We arrived on a red eye from San Diego. By the time we got the hotel, it was only 7 am. Without issue, they had the room ready to go. The room we had provided KILLER views of the city, almost 360. Incredible. The staff was amazing, the room was incredible - exceeded expectations. The shower head was loose and we asked for it fixed, they installed a brand new one without delay. Tiffany, the front desk associate we saw daily was incredible. So welcoming, helpful and gave great food recommendations. I recommend EggShop, Maman and The Butchers Daughter, all close to the hotel. For coffee, check out the walk up coffee shop Blank Street. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurants on site but from the foot traffic Id say they were good. This will be my go to hotel when traveling to NYC!

Stayed there during Thanksgiving break with my best friend. The hotel was very clean and our room had an amazing view. The hotel is located couple blocks away from Soho and many other great neighborhoods with the best food I have had. But the best thing about our stay was definitely the staff. The hotel manager Sean was very accommodating and helped us book another night in a time when they were very busy. Great experience! Will definitely go again.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds & excellent customer service. They were having some hot water issues while I was there & they went above & beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. Will definitely be back for a stay. A special thanks to Sean for his help & accommodation.
