Stayed for 4 nights for my daughters graduation from NYU. Busy time in NY. Was the best price for similar types of Hotels in the area. Hard to say good value for money these days but comparatively speaking this was all good. Easy check in, friendly service. Clean updated room. Ok breakfast. Will stay again.

On the 18th floor, there is a rooftop bar that is exceptional to lounge in with friends and for cocktails: The Rooftop93 (RT93). With an expansive 180-degree view looking out to The Empire State Building and beyond from Chinatown is amazingly beautiful. As noisy as the place becomes within its space it still is very comfortable and relaxing soaking in the atmospheric vantage point. A must for anyone who wants a stopover before heading out to the bars or clubs on the LES. Great for gal-pal get-together. After-work cocktails. And the usual dating scenery. Or, your BFF. And everyone else should you go.

Loved it! The staff were very kind, breakfast was solid (actually good, fresh bagels), and the room/bathroom made good use of space. View from the bar on the top floor is awesome. Decor is a little dated in the hotel so the place needs a refresh, but the bones are great. Excellent value.
