The rooms were small but location was good to access. Front desk can be more helpful and making you comfortable. Break fast was good with vide choice. What I don't like about the hotel is the deposit they take equivalent to no of days stay. And worse don't refund immediately. For eg I checked out on Nov 4 . 2025. The money is yet to be refunded. Don't know what to do.

Great hotel for the price. God it feels good to be back in NYC after all the garbage hotels out there that you see. Great location and the breakfast at the Wu room is actually very nice. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Shaniece at the front desk. I was stuck in traffic and called ahead, worried about making it back in time for checkout. Shaniece was incredibly professional, calm, and reassuring. She handled the situation with understanding and kindness, arranging a late checkout without any hassle. Her professionalism and warm attitude really stood out and made a stressful situation much easier. She’s a great example of excellent customer service, and I truly appreciated her help.
