Stayed few nights here. Good stuff: Rooms are clean but small. Front desk staff are courteous Location is just ok Gym is ok Elevator are efficient Not good: Morning breakfast

Enjoyed staying there.

So...I made a reservation with a third party. It was an AI "representative". It booked the wrong day even though it repeated back to me the correct date. I got in the hotel tired,hungry and agitated... Guess who helped me with everything. Zhane. Zhane was the most sweet and understanding person I've met in the business. We ended up finding a room. THE LAST ROOM. Communication, hospitality, professionalism, patience. Yeah, she has it. Big shout out to you Zhane. You don't need just a raise, you need a promotion.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The service was absolutely wonderful - we were getting married at City Hall, which is a 10-15 minute walk away, and the staff went above and beyond to celebrate with us. They left a sweet congratulatory note and champagne in our room, as well as a complimentary room upgrade when we explained our situation. We even accidentally left a wedding sign in our room and they had it and didn't throw it away. But even if it weren't for our wedding, the staff was so kind and willing to help, the rooms were clean, and the location was perfect as it feels safe and is walking distance to a lot of places. We are so glad we stayed here and can't recommend this place enough!
