Great value. Good location ...

Great value. Good location in Chinatown. Close to subway. Compact room, but comfortable especially since I was alone. I was on the 11th floor with a great view of the Empire State Building. Was quieter than I expected. Nice breakfast was included. Staff was helpful. I'd stay here again.

I had a lovely ...

I had a lovely stay, the front desk Claudia was so fun and nice. She helped me through the check in process, explained all the fees and was such a pleasure to interact with. The room was clean, and very comfortable. I really loved the water bottle and coffee provided. The plus was the free breakfast each morning. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I come to NYC.

The location of this ...

The location of this hotel is great. We were walking distance from a lot of things. Checking in/out was a breeze. Zhane at the front desk was awesome! She was quick, efficient, and so helpful. Excellent customer service. My only complaint is our room keys would stop working all the time. We had to get it fixed like 5 times.

Great service. The staff ...

Great service. The staff was very welcoming and helped with everything we needed. Even gave us a wine bottle opener to use lol. The view was cool. Only problem was that our last day the AC never seemed to work.
