A nice, upscale hotel ...

A nice, upscale hotel in the heart of Chinatown. The rooms are small but the views are specular. It is surrounded by great little places to eat. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Claudia upgraded us to ...

Claudia upgraded us to one of the best rooms in the hotel for free, she was very helpful & accommodating. Only complaint was the shower water pressure.

Location to Grand St. ...

Location to Grand St. subway is great. Rooms are very small with very little light. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Make sure you do not need to reheat food as there is only a microwave you can rent for $10 a day. They give you bottled water each day, but you must tell them you want it and to refill coffee and make up room.
