Hotel caro para lo que ofrece. Algo envejecido. Estuve 4 noches. Habitación algo pequeña. Colchón blando. Buen wifi. Bien ubicado si te gusta el Lower East. Vistas al Midtown. Tranquilo.

Great people and location. ...

Great people and location. Slightly crazy rules. Like $30 to checkin an hour early. Huh? However we all laugh at the rules together and good times at the bar. Thanks for buying me a whisky shot out of your own tippage Mr Barman. Humans = 1, Stupid rules set by HQ =0

Location to Grand St. ...

Location to Grand St. subway is great. Rooms are very small with very little light. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Make sure you do not need to reheat food as there is only a microwave you can rent for $10 a day. They give you bottled water each day, but you must tell them you want it and to refill coffee and make up room.
