Pros: -it’s near the subway (Grand st and Canal st) -They offer breakfast meal cards -it’s near little Italy and in Chinatown - the rooms are spacious and include a mini fridge -it’s fairly clean and organized -it’s affordable if you book early Cons: -the thermostat was set to 66 degrees and I tied to turn the heat on during my 3 day stay but it wouldn’t budge. I think I have a cold now or something. -it’s on the corner of a street so you can hear everything from taxi to police to fighting at night -the breakfast isn’t great. It’s okay if you are in a rush. -the shower wouldn’t close so I had to put towels all over the floor to dry the water. They give u a cheap shower curtain but there’s no door. So it’s just a half open shower with a cheap curtain. -the top sheet on the bed doesn’t budge. It’s really thin too. So bring your own blanket. -there’s no bell hop or customer service besides the front desk. You have to figure things out on your own. -the halls and spaces are super narrow. I was in the corner and you could barely find it.

Would like to give a huge shout out to Blanca she always takes care of me when I am in town. The views for this hotel are amazing. Staff is great and they have breakfast as well. Make sure to ask for Blanca
