Guests are talking about Wyndham Garden Chinatown!

We stayed for only one night in Wyndham Chinatown, and from our first interaction with Blanca at reception, everything she did was so friendly and positive for us. However what really set her apart was how Blanca quickly and calmly coordinated the return of our backpack that we had stupidly left in the car she ordered for us that brought us to the cruise port. With me on one phone she had the car company on another phone and she arranged with them for someone to collect our backpack that contained our passports, cards, cash and got it back to us within 40 minutes, with all items 100% intact. We cannot thank her enough. Blanca is an amazing representative for Wyndham Chinatown and I hope she is recognised for the quality of person she is, and the work she does. The hotel was perfect for us too, located in an area where we could walk around Chinatown and into Little Italy. When we are next in New York, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks again Blanca.

Wir waren jetzt im Januar 1 Woche vor Ort. Die volle Punktzahl. Sehr gute Lage in Downtown NY, Chinatown. Subway fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar, sehr guter Service, late Check out war ohne Zuzahlung kein Problem, nette Chefin und freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sehr gut ausgestatet, das Frühstück exzellent. Vorbehaltlöos zu empfehlen, da auch sehr gutes preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
