ew Holiday | Family OMG! 4 star hotel, no way. Cardboard plates, bowls and cutlery at breakfast. When I mentioned this to staff they advised that they didn't want any breakages. I mentioned carbon footprint and the staff member commented that should be aware of my own carbon footprint flying from UK to NY. How RUDE! They didn't even clear leftovers in their tipping culture. No blooming chance of me tipping! Overall breakfast was far too sugary with no great choices. Rooms and location both decent.2 of the 3 concierge/entry staff did not have a clue or did not want to engage about what to do for dinner in that party of New York. Rubbish Customer service and interactions overall.

Perfect Chinatown location. The hotel is old, AC is weak, renovated bathrooms,costly accommodations, nice front desk staff, and housekeeping is great.

The room was nice and updated but was not cleaned properly, mold and mildew in the sink and the shower drain was clogged. Food crumbs on the carpet. The coffee maker was never cleaned. Tobacco stains on the ceiling.

I’ve checked in here multiple times. Rooms are clean and it’s a good value for a hotel in the area. The downside is that you can hear everything in the rooms between you, the cleaning staff shout loudly to each other, and the elevator down buttons don’t work. You have to take the elevator up to go down.
