Incredible from the get good. Checking Ryan was polite and helpful. Had answers to all my questions I peppers him with. Continuing my stay I bummed into their security staff that helped me with the elevators. Rooftop staff also overt kind. Rooms are perfect . Great space to move around . 5 stars all the way

I stayed April 5-8, 2024. The hotel staff was very friendly. I did have a daily hotel fee of about $20 a day added but they did provide a good breakfast. I had bagels, boiled eggs, pastries, juice, and coffee to chose from plus more. I had a room on the 10th floor with 2 twin beds and a mini fridge. I thought the room was perfect. It was clean and a decent size for 2 adults. The roof top bar had a great view and a good vibe. I tried Shinka Ramen Bar and The Bowery Beer Garden and both had great food. This was my first time to NYC and I took the subway everywhere. It was 2 blocks from this hotel. I was happy the staff provided bottles of water when needed. I would stay here again.

Super solid budget hotel. Really nice staff and my room was very clean. Quiet at night was also a big plus. I was in NYC for business and never stayed in Chinatown before. I went all in. I did the 1 hr foot massage across the street - I ate at all the 5 star google rated dumpling and bakeries - INCREDIBLE. I shopped at all the dupe handbags places. Super enjoyable.
