Guests are talking about Wyndham Garden Chinatown!

A nice, upscale hotel in the heart of Chinatown. The rooms are small but the views are specular. It is surrounded by great little places to eat. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great views. Fair prices. Great service. Pretty clean. I'd totally stay here again.

When we got to the hotel, we were told our room wasn't ready so we waited in the lobby over an hour, that would have been reflected in this review. However, they did upgrade us to a significantly larger room with a king size and a queen size bed with a corner view so I can't complain too much. I appreciate that level of customer service. The shower and the water pressure are fantastic and very consistent. Breakfast was very good. There's a mini fridge but no microwave in the rooms which was a little disappointing considering we had a lot of leftovers each day. The deposit is very high and you don't get all of it back, so that's one of the main downsides but this hotel is definitely worth it if you're trying to stay in Manhattan but not trying to pay Midtown prices for a hotel.

Claudia upgraded us to one of the best rooms in the hotel for free, she was very helpful & accommodating. Only complaint was the shower water pressure.
