Stayed here last week - clean rooms, if a little tired, but overall hotel is nice, staff are friendly, food was lovely in Shinko restaurant downstairs. Would recommend as a base if exploring NYC, only because there are very few quiet seating areas outside your room. Overall would recommend.

Here is all the information from my stay, July 3rd - 6th: Check in was at 3pm, was super fast and easy. The room itself was perfect (standard queen) - it had a TV, desk, mini fridge, closet, and bathroom. I did not use cleaning services, but the room was clean and there was enough toiletries. The bar downstairs was kinda sick, and the rooftop bar would have been if they didn’t have total wackadoo hours. Location wise, you have to be a not idiot to get here. If you’re a full blown idiot, just stay on the same block as your transit. You’re a 5 min walk to all major subway lines, Chinatown, Little Italy, Nolita, and LES. I genuinely couldn’t believe how good the location was. There are some odd financial policies, like a $25 resort charge/day, and some weird rules about paying more if you’re more than 2 people in a room. Didn’t impact me much, but plan ahead to have to put down like another $100 if needed I would 100% stay here again, and it might be the first hotel I stay in a second time. Cannot believe this gem exists in Manhattan
