A nice hotel, good ...

A nice hotel, good location near public transportation, very accommodating staff. Beware the extra daily fee that covers just a so-so breakfast and other amenities you're not likely to use. Also parking is much cheaper if arranged in advance at area garages.

Very clean and convenient. ...

Very clean and convenient. 2 blocks from subway. Phenomenal water pressure. Within the first hour a housekeeper accidentally tried to enter my room, but luckily I had flipped the lock. The first night I stayed in 901 and there was no hot water. After an hour they moved me to a different room that had hot water. Drink lots of bubble tea while you’re in the neighborhood. The hotel is clean and updated. Rooms have fridges.

We arrived at 2:30, ...

We arrived at 2:30, there are no staff at frontdesk. Fortunately the staff came back and processed our check-in quickly, but there need to be more staff hired, so there is always someone in the lobby.

Don't get me wrong. ...

Don't get me wrong. I love this place and stay here often but this trip the AC is closed in the winter (but no sign or notice tells you this so having the AC selected still emits only heat) so at 2am the room was 80 degrees hot w no way to cool it. I was told the next day to not turn it on but honestly if there was a sign it would have saved me a sleepless night.
