We arrived at 2:30, ...

We arrived at 2:30, there are no staff at frontdesk. Fortunately the staff came back and processed our check-in quickly, but there need to be more staff hired, so there is always someone in the lobby.

Very clean and convenient. ...

Very clean and convenient. 2 blocks from subway. Phenomenal water pressure. Within the first hour a housekeeper accidentally tried to enter my room, but luckily I had flipped the lock. The first night I stayed in 901 and there was no hot water. After an hour they moved me to a different room that had hot water. Drink lots of bubble tea while you’re in the neighborhood. The hotel is clean and updated. Rooms have fridges.

So we loved everything ...

So we loved everything about this hotel. The view from room 1602 is amazing, bed is comfortable, coffee machine is great, service is fast (we asked for champagne glasses).Very convenient location close to all the restaurants in Little Italy and Chinese area. Super romantic stay a for the Valentine’s Day weekend
