I want to say a personal thank you to Abigail who works the front desk, Thank You for making our stay pleaent warm and welcoming, I was overwhelmed with having to be in a hotel for a while and with two cats, and being away from our own place it was a lot and quite an experience for my family, our stay felt like home after a few days and that put me at easy. Daniel thank you for your help in resolving any issues or concerns I had, You handled them swift and quickly thank you. Housekeeping: two the three lovely ladies who worked the 16th Floor thank you for all your hard work and such professionalism your work did not go unnoticed the tidy of my room each time was clearly a work of hard work and dedication and eyes for details, Thank You for the clean sheets towels and spotless bathroom. Always was wonderful seeing you with such warm smiles and always greeting me with kindness ☺️ Thank You all for everything you have done for my family and our stay at your wonderful establishment and thank you for that amazing view that was the highlight of my stay and it helped me get though a lot of things while being there, that was such amazing treat and so unexpected. We stayed at Wyndham Garden Chinatown from May 10th to May 13th and had a truly wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who remained friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. It immediately gave us a very positive impression of the hotel. We had a room on the 11th floor with an amazing view over New York, which made our stay even more special. Especially at night, the view of the city lights was beautiful to see from our room. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bathroom was also spotless and nicely kept, which is something we really appreciate during a city trip. The breakfast was simple, but fresh and tasty, and a great way to start the day before exploring the city. Everything was well organized and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is definitely the location. Being right in the middle of Chinatown means you are surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood. Other parts of Manhattan are also very easy to reach by subway, making this the perfect base for discovering New York City. We also believe the price-quality ratio is excellent. In a city like New York, it is not always easy to find a hotel that offers clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, a great location, and beautiful views for this price. For us, everything about this hotel felt just right. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We will absolutely come back the next time we visit New York!

I booked a room for two nights via priceline.com. Unfortunately my flight was canceled and I couldn't make it to New York for the times I needed to be there. The hotel manager "Blanca" was very understanding given the situation and was super helpful in resolving my issue and assisting me. Because of Blanca's care and assistance the next time I travel to the area, Wyndham Garden Chinatown will definitely be getting my business again. Thank you again Blanca!!!!

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel in Chinatown. Die Aussicht der Zimmer auf den höheren Etagen ist sehr schön. Das Bad ist auch sauber mit frischen Handtüchern. Die Rezeptionistin Claudia ist sehr freundlich und hat mit unserem Gepäck geholfen. Also wer New York besucht, kann dieses Hotel beruhigt Buchen.
