Buenas habitaciones, mala ubicacion

Hotel molto comodo per la sua posizione, vicino a 3 stazioni della metro con linee diverse. Ha un bel rooftop e le camere sono accoglienti ed insonorizzate. Nella nostra camera purtroppo il riscaldamento era rumorosissimo. Pulizia e cambio asciugamani vengono fatti quotidianamente e l'hotel mette a servizio la possibilità di usufruire del bar attiguo con delle promozioni. All'arrivo ci è stato detto di dover pagare una tassa per ogni notte passata di quasi 18$ che però comprendeva una serie di servizi tra cui la colazione (che non avevamo prenotato). Boh... Il personale della reception non si può dire che sia di ampi sorrisi come il resto dei newyorchesi ma comunque il suo l'ha fatto. Pregate di parlare bene inglese perché loro non... rallentano!!!

Perfecta ubicación! Ahora dan desayunos. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Limpieza diaria de habitaciones. Me hubiera gustado estar en algun piso superior, para tener vistas mejores y menos ruido, nos dieron la 5a planta por eso las 4 estrellas.

Great hotel right in Chinatown. They had amazing customer service. First they put me in a room with this amazing view on the 15th floor. It is the standard room with not much space. I preferred the suite and asked to be moved. You can see the pics of both rooms below. In early summer 2019 they were doing maintenance on air conditioning and had no AC. I suggest you check and make sure that is completed before visiting in the summer. This weekend was cool with evenings around 50 and days around 70. I wouldn’t want to be without AC when it’s any warmer than that.
