Guests are talking about Wyndham Garden Chinatown!

Great hotel! Really clean and super quick check in. The shower issue mentioned in previous posts is a bit strange, but only really an issue if you have a long stay here.

Great location, away from the hordes of tourists, and generally not too hard to get a taxi, which ends up often being cheaper than Uber or Lyft. Close to the great restaurants of Chinatown and Little Italy. Rooms on the Hester Street side are quieter than on the Bowery side. Wish that the shower would not splash so much on the bathroom floor. Staff was helpful in getting my thermostat adjusted. Room slightly larger than many hotels in Manhattan.

Check-in and check-out was extremely easy and I appreciated having parking at the iPark down the street. The only issues were that my room was not cleaned during our stay, even though we asked and put the notice on the door asking for it to be cleaned. We never received new towels and when we went to the front desk to ask for new towels they did not have any clean towels for us and would have them delivered to our room the next morning. By next morning, we still did not receive clean towels and it was time to check out.

Building & room is a bit outdated but clean, good location for exploring the city & great customer service.
