Hotel staff were inconsistent ...

Hotel staff were inconsistent with service, but the location and amenities are unique. Get a balcony room if you can, because the roof is off limits due to a strange sublet to a sub par lounge and bar.

Clean and convenient. Just ...

Clean and convenient. Just that they charge $3.50 per bag after checkout to leave the bag for a few hours, which is not a standard practice.

Emily (front desk) made ...

Emily (front desk) made my experience great and enjoyed the little garden shop they have behind the front desk. The room service paper was missing in my room so didn't get to evaluate. One elevator was kinda broken but the water pressure in my room was good. Overall, I'd start here again in the future.
