Hotel is very nice. Literally a 3 minute walk to the subway. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Beds were comfy with really nice pillows and we also had a great view of the city. The only two downfalls were the Wifi and the shower. The Wifi barely worked, super slow - nothing would really load. And the shower is quite strange how it is set up. It basically has half a door? So as you are showering, water gets all over the floor .. it’s unavoidable. Overall though, I had a great stay.

Aside from them not keeping the place a tad bit cleaner, it is a nice environment.

Very hard to judge the place as it was our first time in New York. It’s the smallest hotel room we have ever been in but based on other reviewers it’s normal for NY room sizes. Room could use a bit of reno, but nevertheless clean. We didn’t attend any breakfast mornings so can’t rate that. Front desk provided us with bottled water whenever we ask (which was quite a bit). They have always greeted us when we came and left the building so it’s nice to know they are aware of who comes in and out. We haven’t used anything else in this hotel as we were too busy exploring the city itself. Location is pretty good. Busy but the windows do a pretty good job at canceling out noise. If you like absolutely no noise and are a light sleeper maybe consider brining earplugs. But it was not necessary for us. Window can be opened which is always a bonus in my eyes for hotels.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Zimmer etwas abgewohnt aber sauber. Reinigung fand während unseres 3 tägigen Aufenthaltes täglich statt. Sehr zentral gelegen. Ich würde dort wieder buchen und kann es empfehlen.
