I love this place. ...

I love this place. Whenever I come to New York, I stay here! In the first floor, there’s an amazing restaurant SHINKA. They have the best duck Ramen. But I love the view and the staff are always so nice. They even started doing breakfast with your stay

The customer service in this hotel is immaculate. Frankie, who was my front desk receptionist, went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and satisfied with my stay. Thanks Frankie! if you were thinking about booking this hotel, please do so. The view is also amazing.

The rooms were small ...

The rooms were small but location was good to access. Front desk can be more helpful and making you comfortable. Break fast was good with vide choice. What I don't like about the hotel is the deposit they take equivalent to no of days stay. And worse don't refund immediately. For eg I checked out on Nov 4 . 2025. The money is yet to be refunded. Don't know what to do.
