Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Jedoch war es traurig zu sehen, dass es sehr viele kaputte Möbelstücke im Hotel gab sei es im Frühstücksraum, in der Lobby oder auch im Zimmer, ja auch in der Bar. Das Frühstück war eine kleine Katastrophe..es gab keine Abwechslung..jeden Tag das Gleiche und alles war im Barbie Style. Life in Plastik it is Fantastic. Die Lage war dafür wieder perfekt, wir konnten zu Fuß alles erreichen und haben somit auch sehr viel gesehen.

Building & room is a bit outdated but clean, good location for exploring the city & great customer service.

I would recommend that hotel to friends traveling to NYC

I stay April 5-8, 2024. The hotel staff was very friendly. I did have a daily hotel fee of about $20 a day added but they did provide a good breakfast. I had bagels, boiled eggs, pastries, juice, and coffee to chose from plus more. I had a room on the 10th floor with 2 twin beds and a mini fridge. I thought the room was perfect. It was clean and a decent size for 2 adults. The roof top bar had a great view and a good vibe. I tried Shinka Ramen Bar and The Bowery Beer Garden and both had great food. This was my first time to NYC and I took the subway everywhere. It was 2 blocks from this hotel. I was happy the staff provided bottles of water when needed. I would stay here again.
