The hotel was nice, the shower was a bit unusual and did get a lot of water on the floor which made it a bit difficult to not walk around without something on your feet while using the bathroom, but did seem to be recently updated. We had a room that you are able to open a window in which was nice. Wasn’t too happy with not being able to access all of the balconies that were at the facility, and not all of the restaurants in the hotel were open. But would Highly recommend the Bowery Brewery that is located downstairs the food we got was amazing. All of the staff at the hotel were very pleasant. However their 3rd party parking area was horrendous the day of my check out I had a horrible experience and ended up having a dead battery due to them not shutting off my car properly and also a wet floor because they left my two front windows down, and their customer service there wasn’t acceptable at all. It took them over 2 hrs to fix the issue of getting my truck jumped and blamed us for the incident and was very inappropriate

Chose this hotel because the website said 'on site parking'. Arrived to find no parking, had to park 2 'city' blocks away. Also, no bellman or valet to help with my bags. Room was clean and well appointed with spectacular views.

This is a review for the rooftop bar. Came here during happy hour, which is from 5-8pm. Overall, good experience. Nice view. The only complaint is there are not enough seats. If you go during happy hour you may have to stand. There's a reserved seating in the back for a group of 8-10. Other tables will only fit 2-4 people. Maximum only around 20 seats available. It's a little tight, but the service was good so I will come back. I recommend the 'Peach Out' drink.

It smells amazing here. I just wanna know what they scent the lobby with. The room I stayed in had an amazing view, but was crazy expensive, however it was a Saturday night in the city. The location is great, quiet enough, room was a decent size for NY. I'd stay here again.
