Where to start....what went ...

Where to start....what went well with this stay??.....EVERYTHING! We arrived on a red eye from San Diego. By the time we got the hotel, it was only 7 am. Without issue, they had the room ready to go. The room we had provided KILLER views of the city, almost 360. Incredible. The staff was amazing, the room was incredible - exceeded expectations. The shower head was loose and we asked for it fixed, they installed a brand new one without delay. Tiffany, the front desk associate we saw daily was incredible. So welcoming, helpful and gave great food recommendations. I recommend EggShop, Maman and The Butchers Daughter, all close to the hotel. For coffee, check out the walk up coffee shop Blank Street. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurants on site but from the foot traffic Id say they were good. This will be my go to hotel when traveling to NYC!
