I want to say a personal thank you to Abigail who works the front desk, Thank You for making our stay pleaent warm and welcoming, I was overwhelmed with having to be in a hotel for a while and with two cats, and being away from our own place it was a lot and quite an experience for my family, our stay felt like home after a few days and that put me at easy. Daniel thank you for your help in resolving any issues or concerns I had, You handled them swift and quickly thank you. Housekeeping: two the three lovely ladies who worked the 16th Floor thank you for all your hard work and such professionalism your work did not go unnoticed the tidy of my room each time was clearly a work of hard work and dedication and eyes for details, Thank You for the clean sheets towels and spotless bathroom. Always was wonderful seeing you with such warm smiles and always creating me with kindness ☺️ Thank You all for everything you have done for my family and our stay at your wonderful establishment and thank you for that amazing view that was the highlight of my stay and it helped me get though a lot of things while being there, that was such amazing treat and so unexpected. better then expected very pretty hotel

I came for the rooftop experience. Kenny is the man. Great person wonderful service..please rip him good.

Where to start....what went well with this stay??.....EVERYTHING! We arrived on a red eye from San Diego. By the time we got the hotel, it was only 7 am. Without issue, they had the room ready to go. The room we had provided KILLER views of the city, almost 360. Incredible. The staff was amazing, the room was incredible - exceeded expectations. The shower head was loose and we asked for it fixed, they installed a brand new one without delay. Tiffany, the front desk associate we saw daily was incredible. So welcoming, helpful and gave great food recommendations. I recommend EggShop, Maman and The Butchers Daughter, all close to the hotel. For coffee, check out the walk up coffee shop Blank Street. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurants on site but from the foot traffic Id say they were good. This will be my go to hotel when traveling to NYC!
