Great stay. Loved it

It is neat and functional. The staff are very helpful. Cute small rooms with Good views in the heart of Chinatown. Many good restaurants and places to get things. The public theatre where we performed is also close by.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Zhane at the front desk, and her wholesome smile instantly made me feel welcome. She was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. It's rare to meet someone whose positivity truly sets the tone for your stay, but Zhane did exactly that. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but the exceptional service from Zhane was the highlight of my visit. Thank you for making our stay memorable!
