Situated in the heart of Manattan, this popular attraction offers three different vantage points with sweeping views of the Big Apple's most iconic landmarks. Ride the elevator to the 67th or 69th levels to stand on transparent glass-floored terraces and watch the action of the city below. Head up to the 70th floor to experience dramatic, unobstructed panoramas of the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, and Central Park.     While there is not a restaurant at the Top of the Rock. But, Rockefeller Center offer 40 dining spots and restaurants, including NYC's famous Rainbow Room. Rockefeller Center is located in a prime downtown dining and entertainment district so visitors will find infinite food and drink spots in this neighborhood.

    Yes, there are three different outdoor viewing areas at the Top of the Rock. Outdoor terraces, located on the 67th and 69th floors, offer transparent safety glass floors and a breathtaking way to see the city. The top level viewing deck, located on the 70th floor, offers visitors 360-degree views of the New York City skyline, Central Park, the Hudson River and many legendary Manhattan landmarks.
